An all-in-one super-app combining ride-hailing, food delivery, and car rental into one connected platform. Customers can access all three services through a single mobile app, supported by dedicated apps and dashboards for restaurants, riders, drivers, and rental dealers.
The Challenge
The goal was to bring three different business models into one platform while supporting multiple user types and their individual workflows. Managing customers, restaurants, riders, drivers, dealers, bookings, orders, and real-time ride activity required a system that could keep everything connected without creating separate, isolated platforms.
The Solution
Built a unified Laravel-based backend with Firebase and WebSockets for real-time communication and data synchronization. Flutter applications were developed for customers and service providers, while a centralized web dashboard gives administrators control over users, restaurants, drivers, riders, rental dealers, orders, rides, vehicles, and platform operations.
