An ERP system built for a transportation services business, managing vehicle permits, transfers, body alterations, taxes, fitness checks, and other regulatory processes from a centralized platform.
The Challenge
The business was handling a large number of vehicle-related legal cases through spreadsheets, paperwork, and manual follow-ups. Managing permits, taxes, fitness checks, transfers, and government documentation for multiple customers became time-consuming and difficult to track, leading to delays and operational inefficiencies.
The Solution
Developed a custom Laravel and MySQL ERP system that centralizes transportation operations into a single platform. The system manages customer information, vehicle records, permits, transfers, tax processing, fitness certifications, billing, payments, reports, and workflow tracking, enabling the team to handle hundreds of cases efficiently while maintaining complete operational visibility.
